Every Earth’s Essence purchase includes a 30-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds require return of product(s). Shipping and Handling costs will be deducted from refund, we do not supply return labels. Cost of shipping and handling vary from order. Please include order number as well as a reason for the return inside package when sending the products. Products must be sent and received within 60 days from receiving the package.
